Just because you no longer have your fully privileged drivers license does not mean you cannot drive at all. In fact, in many cases there is a special provision in Tennessee law that allows you to obtain a license to drive to both school and work with a restricted license. If you lose your full drivers license for any of the following reasons, you may be eligible for a restricted license
- DUI
- Failing to provide proof of financial responsibility
- Frequent traffic violations
- Implied consent
- Drug Free Youth Act violations
We can assist you in obtaining your restricted license, and provide the necessary guidance to make the process fast and easy.
